It's normal newborn behaviour, common in the early weeks and around growth spurts, and it helps build milk supply. It can feel relentless, but it usually passes within a few days. As long as your baby is having plenty of wet and dirty nappies and gaining weight, cluster feeding is rarely a sign of low supply.
Glossary

Is my baby getting enough milk?
If your baby is having regular wet and dirty nappies, gaining weight and settling after most feeds, the milk is very likely going in just fine.
