There is no 'good' or 'bad' percentile: the 5th and 95th can both be perfectly healthy. What matters most is your baby's own steady curve over time, not a single number. A sudden, sustained jump or drop across percentile lines is worth a chat with your clinician, who is the only one who can interpret it in context.

Growth percentile
A growth percentile compares your baby's weight, length or head size to a reference group of the same age and sex — the 60th percentile means about 60 in 100 babies measure the same or less.
